About
John Connell has been designing and building homes since 1980. That’s when he imagined the Yestermorrow School with a group of like-minded dreamers, design/builders; craftspeople and architects.
Giocondo Susini, the most recent of many generations of Italian master-builders, is trained as both an engineer and an architect. He has probably forgotten more sacred geometry than the druids ever knew!
Additionally, we collaborate with a rare constellation of gifted designers and engineers all over North America.
Our process is about collaboration….
With the site.
With the homeowner
With the contractors
With the neighborhood
We don’t aspire to one style or “look”; no “brand” as they say. What we make depends on where we’re making it and for whom.
In addition to portrait homes, we design & build:
prefab affordable housing
prefab historic replicas
prefab custom homes
treehouses for children in wheelchairs.
pop-up merchandizing and sales
interactive art kiosks
custom furniture & built-ins
