Collapsible Ben and Jerrys Diner

Prototype for a Collapsible Scoop Shop.

Designed as a pop-up to be used in pedestrian malls, special events or anywhere with access to a 20-amp power source.  It was built entirely from sustainable or recycled materials and featured a self-contained water filtration system.  It was dimensioned to be freestanding or as the storefront for a typical mall bay.

Made for Ben and Jerry’s Homemade, it was used only once, at their annual stockholders meeting after which it was disassembled and used for patterns for a line of scoop shops that they never built.  The company was sold.
