PreFab Restoration of Historic Timberframe

Only the heavy timbers survived a fire that completely raised this residence. Prefab modules and a design/build approach put the residents and the timbers back together in record time.

Located on a steep slope facing south, trellises invite the sun and warmth in the winter but shade it out in the summer.
